Accounts Executive [5 DAYS / IMMEDIATE / EXPO] (KCKC)

• HQ at Changi Business Park [ Expo MRT ]
• Mon to Fri, from 8.30am to 5.15pm
• Salary is $2,800 - $3,500 + Variable Bonus [ No AWS ]

Job Requirements:

1. Diploma or Degree in Accountancy, Finance, or related field.
2. At least 2-3 years of relevant accounting experience, preferably in the construction or building industry.
3. Experience with SunSystems would be advantageous. 

Key Responsibilities：

1. Accounts payables management
• Prepare expense/payment documentations for management approvals
• Process staff claims in accordance to company’s policies
• Ensure all requests for payments are properly authorised and supported by relevant documentations
• Input supplier invoices, debit and/or credit notes into accounting system

2. Accounts receivables management
• Ensure all invoices are processed/issued in accordance to company’s policies an  procedures
• Input of AR invoices into accounting system
• Ensure AR is promptly received in accordance with credit policies

3. Prepare accounts reports
4. Prepare bank reconciliation
5. Liaise with quantity surveyors, site admins, internal departments and group
companies for related transactions
6. Other ad-hoc and administrative duties
