Assistant Finance Manager (APAC)

Job Description:

• Manage the complete set of accounts for Singapore operations and its Vietnam subsidiaries.
• Review and evaluate product costing reports for manufacturing facilities.
• Coordinate with auditors and tax agents on audit and tax-related matters for subsidiaries, including tax planning initiatives to optimise tax savings.
• Oversee GST submissions and collaborate with external consultants on MES renewal processes.
• Lead the Accounts Payable function to ensure prompt and accurate payments.
• Drive ERP system enhancements and process improvements to improve operational efficiency.
• Provide supervision, guidance, and leadership in developing the accounting team.

Requirements:

• Degree in Accounting or any related fields.
• Minimum 5 years of accounting experience.
• Excellent communication and presentation skills
