Job Description
We are looking for a driven and commercially minded Product Manager to join our client's growing pharmaceutical business. This is an exciting opportunity for a marketer who is looking to take the next step in their career and gain broader exposure across brand management, product launches, and business growth within a dynamic distributor environment.
The successful candidate will play a key role in developing and executing marketing strategies, supporting product growth, and working closely with cross-functional teams to drive business performance.
Key Responsibilities
- Develop and execute marketing plans for assigned products to achieve business growth objectives
- Support product launches and lifecycle management initiatives
- Analyse market trends, customer insights, and competitor activities to identify opportunities and strengthen brand positioning
- Work closely with the sales team to drive product awareness, engagement, and sales performance
- Develop promotional materials and marketing activities across multiple channels, including digital and educational platforms
- Support activities within both private and institutional channels, including formulary and tender-related initiatives
- Monitor product performance and marketing effectiveness through data analysis and market feedback
- Collaborate with internal stakeholders including Sales, Regulatory, and Supply Chain teams to ensure smooth execution of plans
- Support sales forecasting and inventory planning activities
- Manage marketing budgets and ensure effective utilisation of resources
- Conduct product training and provide marketing support to the field force
Requirements
- Degree in Pharmacy, Life Sciences, Marketing, or related discipline
- Minimum 2 years of pharmaceutical marketing experience
- Prior experience as a Product Executive or Product Specialist with marketing exposure will be considered
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills
- Proactive, hands-on, and willing to learn in a fast-paced environment
- Good analytical and organisational skills
- Able to work independently while collaborating effectively across teams
