Business Analyst

·      We are looking for a dynamic and analytical Business Analyst to support product initiatives by delivering actionable insights and driving product outcomes. 

·      The ideal candidate should have strong experience in data analysis, market research, stakeholder communication, and working closely with product teams to build and improve products. 

·      Experience and Skills Needed (Mandatory Skills) Proven track record of collecting, analyzing, and synthesizing data to derive actionable business insights. 

·      Excellent written and verbal communication skills with the ability to present ideas and influence stakeholders effectively. 

·      End-to-end experience working with product teams to build and enhance products. 

·      Strong ability to work effectively and independently under pressure, while prioritizing tasks to meet tight deadlines.

Required Skills 

·      Degree or diploma in Computer Science, Product Management, or related disciplines is an added advantage. 

·      Responsibilities Drive product outcomes by delivering actionable insights and recommendations. 

·      Conduct market analysis to identify problem areas, customer needs, and business opportunities. 

·      Evaluate existing solutions to identify gaps, synergies, and areas for improvement.

·      Conduct user interviews and gather insights to support problem statement formulation. 

·      Define key success factors, identify relevant metrics, and build dashboards to monitor performance.

·       Analyze post-release results and identify areas for continuous improvement.

·       Assess the impact of requested changes and evaluate the feasibility and resource requirements for implementation.
