Job Description
• Support in organisation development and workforce management related initiatives to maintain a healthy and sustainable organisation along with the business growth
• Use people data and organisational metrics to identify trends and provide actionable insights, e.g., attrition, progression, etc.
• Conduct deep dive into concerning areas to identify root causes and define remediations, e.g., top heaviness, stagnancy, rightsizing, etc.
• Work collaboratively with other departments and local markets to solve organisation related issues
• Implement special projects defined centrally across the region and monitor the outcomes for continuous improvement
• Take ad-hoc initiatives or tasks upon business needs
Requirements
• Bachelor's Degree in any discipline. A master's degree is advantageous but not required.
• Minimum of 3 years of working experience in any Human Resource function
• Experience working on at least two of the following HR topics on Organisational Development, Transformation, Change Management or HR analytics.
• Strong problem solving skills with capability to quickly evaluates situations, combines strong business judgement and people intuition to reach well-founded decisions
• Proficient in HR analytics and reporting with good data sense
• Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills
• Be able to work in a dynamic and constantly changing environment and deal with ambiguity
