Installation Supervisor

Installation Supervisor • Join a German MNC - automation system solution - relevant to building and construction • Basic salary of up to 3K, AWS + Fixed Transport Allowance (Car or Motorbike) + Var Bonus • Growing Industry - automation/ transportation Roles • Plan and execute timely and successful implementation of all projects assigned in a professional manner and ensure cost are within budgets, according to contract requirements, agreed completion times and the fulfilment of the project specifications. • Ensure work executed by Production/Installation Departments as well as the work of subcontractors meet the required quality standards • Execute all installation, checking and commissioning works, feedback and follow up with subcontractors or at site meetings. • Check work executed by the Production department as well as the work of subcontractors meet the required quality standards. • Manually record the man-hours and productivity to be captured against budget • Complete all necessary quality documentation for projects in accordance with the QMS to ensure compliance with quality standards. • Attend inspection meeting and assist in the testing of installed equipment to ensure compliance with the local authority/board's requirements approval and acceptance. • Maintain equipment in good working order and report on any abnormality to immediate superior. • Ensure good 5S, always perform housekeeping in workplace. Qualification • Minimum Diploma Electrical, Mechanical, Structural Engineering or in other related fields, or equivalent years of working experience. Certified in crane operation as per local legal requirements. • At least 5 years’ experience in installation and commissioning work in similar industry. • A team player who is independent, self-confident and has a self-motivated personality. • Good communication and interpersonal skills.
