Responsibilities:

Support network infrastructure projects and provide support in resolving network incidents and issues.
Provide post-cutover support for various projects as directed by the IT Network team.
Participate in project meetings, discussions, and project handovers.
Prepare, review, and submit project-related documents, reports, and metrics as required.
Troubleshoot and resolve project-related issues.
Manage and monitor system utilization and performance during pre-project and post-project cutovers.
Perform additional tasks and assignments as required by the Company.
Work closely with project teams to understand network requirements and objectives, ensuring seamless integration of network infrastructure within the integrated resort environment.
Provide comprehensive support and administration for Cisco routers, switches, and other network devices.
Implement and manage network solutions with a focus on scalability, performance, and security.
Configure and optimize network devices, including routers and switches.
Configure multicasting protocols to ensure efficient multicast traffic distribution.
Conduct network assessments and recommend improvements or upgrades aligned with project goals.

Requirements:

Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or a related field.
Proven experience as a Network Engineer, preferably within project-oriented environments.
Strong knowledge of network protocols, technologies, and architectures such as OSPF, BGP, IP Multicast, and Policy Routing.
Hands-on experience in Layer 3 Routing and Layer 2 Switching, including installation, configuration, and troubleshooting of Cisco devices.
Experience in network infrastructure design and implementation, including LAN/WAN, data center, and cloud networks.
Skilled in Layer 2 technologies including VLANs, VTP, STP, RSTP, Inter-VLAN Routing, VLAN Trunking, EtherChannels, VLAN access-maps, and port security.
Solid experience in switching technologies and related implementations.
Familiarity with network security concepts including firewalls, IDS, NAC, and access control.
