contract infrastructure engineer #IAC

Responsibilities

• ⁠Provide on-site and off-site installation, maintenance and ongoing support to ensure projects are properly implemented at customer facilities
• ⁠Develop comprehensive technical documentation.
• ⁠Track, Organize and conduct projects and assignments efficiently
• ⁠Gather pre-sales site information and estimate project scope for installation/integration, both in conjunction with sales force members for both systems and service solutions.
• ⁠Testing of new technology and setup.
• ⁠There may be occasional overseas travel
• ⁠There will be out of hours conference calls that you may need to be on
• ⁠Other duties as requested by the Head of Technology, APAC from time to time.

Requirements

• Diploma or Degree in Computer Engineering, IT or relevant fields
• At least 3 years of experience in IT Systems Engineering, End to End Infrastructure Support / Deployment
• Team Player
