Technical Project Manager - Cloud Adoption and DevSecOps

As part of Keyrus’ solution delivery, we are also in a position to recruit and place technical consultants to complement on existing client projects with their expertise. As such, we seek innovative and agile people to support ambitious and forthcoming technological challenges.

We're looking for a technically sharp Technical Project Manager to join our team supporting a major banking client's cloud transformation across APAC. This isn't a typical PM role. You'll be at the intersection of cloud strategy, infrastructure, and financial planning — translating global HQ direction into real, cost-conscious implementation plans across 10+ countries.

What you'll be doing:

• Translating cloud & DevSecOps strategy into regional adoption roadmaps
• Working with country teams, architecture leads & global stakeholders
• Aligning cloud initiatives with existing tech refresh budgets (and building the business case where investment is needed)
• Tracking DORA metrics in partnership with CIO DevSecOps experts
• Structuring proposals that maximise value across the APAC portfolio

What we're looking for:

• Strong infrastructure & cloud background
• Structured problem-solver with executive-level communication skills
• Proficient in Excel for financial modelling & budget tracking
• Experience driving cross-country or multi-entity transformation programmes
• Banking or financial services experience is a strong plus
