Senior/Infrastructure Engineer

We are seeking a passionate and driven Senior Infrastructure Engineer to support, maintain, and optimize enterprise infrastructure platforms within high-volume environments. The ideal candidate will possess strong technical expertise in infrastructure technologies, virtualization, cloud platforms, and system operations while working closely with engineering, operations, and project teams.

Key Responsibilities

• Deliver, maintain, and support enterprise systems across multiple platforms to ensure optimal system performance and reliability.
• Collaborate with third-party vendors and system administrators to troubleshoot and resolve system integration issues.
• Participate in technical discussions, system architecture reviews, and infrastructure design planning with engineering and operations teams.
• Support and participate in infrastructure setup, migration, deployment, upgrade, and implementation activities.
• Implement and manage development, testing, automation, and supporting IT infrastructure tools.
• Define and improve development, testing, release, update, and support processes within DevOps operations.
• Monitor platform health, system performance, and operational stability while providing recommendations for continuous improvements and automation initiatives.
• Prepare and provide regular status reports to management and stakeholders regarding system health, project progress, technical issues, and operational risks.
• Support hardware refresh activities and system hardening initiatives.
• Perform firmware and software updates/upgrades across infrastructure environments.
• Maintain proper technical documentation for infrastructure changes, configurations, and automation works performed.
• Provide onsite and offsite troubleshooting and technical support for infrastructure-related issues.

Requirements

• Strong interest and hands-on experience in infrastructure and systems-related environments.
• Knowledge and experience with virtualization technologies such as Hyper-V, VMware, Nutanix, and related platforms.
• Familiarity with Cloud Platforms such as Azure and AWS.
• Experience supporting Windows and Linux operating systems.
• Exposure to container technologies such as Docker.
• Strong analytical, troubleshooting, and critical-thinking skills.
• Good planning, coordination, and organizational abilities.
• Strong written, verbal, and presentation communication skills.
• Positive attitude with strong customer-service orientation.
• Resourceful, proactive, and able to work independently as well as in a team environment.
• Able to mentor and guide junior team members.
• Preferably 3–4 years of relevant infrastructure engineering experience and above.
• Entry-level candidates are welcome to apply. Candidates with stronger technical exposure and more complex project experience may be considered for senior-level opportunities.
