The aim of the Business Development and Partnership teams is to provide Shopee’s buyers with a wide variety of product listings at the best prices. Job Description • Accountable for category P&L. • Develop and execute category strategy in alignment with company objectives. • Develop a category team and manage their development and performance. • Collaborate with partners across the local and regional teams. • Stay informed on category trends and sellers/buyers’ behavior. • Identify, establish, and grow other local strategic partnerships Requirements • Bachelor's degree • Minimum two years of working experience with a top-tier strategy consulting firm • Experienced in managing project workstreams • Strong communication and senior stakeholder management • Strong qualitative and quantitative analytical skills • Strong business acumen • Ability to work in a dynamic, fast-paced environment
