Job Description

We are looking for a UI/UX Designer who is passionate about building seamless, user-centric digital experiences. You will be responsible for the entire design process—from discovering user pain points and sketching wireframes to delivering high-fidelity, "pixel-perfect" interfaces. You will play a critical role in bridging the gap between business goals, technical constraints, and user needs. Key Responsibilities • User Research & Discovery: Conduct user interviews, competitive analysis, and usability testing to gather insights and validate design hypotheses. • Wireframing & Prototyping: Create low-fidelity wireframes and interactive high-fidelity prototypes (using Figma/Adobe XD) to communicate ideas to stakeholders. • Visual Design: Develop and maintain a consistent visual language, including typography, iconography, and color palettes. • Design System Management: Build and scale a robust Design System to ensure UI consistency across different modules and platforms. • Cross-functional Collaboration: Work closely with Product Managers to define requirements and collaborate with Backend/Frontend Engineers to ensure design feasibility and high-quality implementation. • Iteration: Use data analytics (e.g., Mixpanel, Hotjar) and user feedback to iterate on existing features and improve conversion/retention metrics. Requirements & Qualifications • Experience: 3+ years of experience in UI/UX or Product Design, preferably within a SaaS, Fintech, or Data-driven environment. • Portfolio: A strong portfolio demonstrating your design process, problem-solving skills, and finished digital products (please include a link). • Tools: Expert-level proficiency in Figma (including Auto-layout, Components, and Prototyping). Familiarity with Framer, Sketch, or Adobe Creative Suite is a plus. • Soft Skills: * Ability to articulate design decisions to non-designers. • A "growth mindset" with the ability to handle constructive feedback. • Detail-oriented—you notice when a pixel is out of place. • Technical Awareness: Basic understanding of HTML/CSS/JS constraints to ensure designs are implementable by the engineering team.
