Regional Finance Management

• Oversee full-spectrum finance operations across regional entities
• Manage monthly closing, consolidation, and financial reporting
• Ensure compliance with local accounting standards, tax regulations, and audit requirements
• Monitor cash flow, working capital, and regional profitability

Commercial & Operational Finance

• Partner closely with operations and country managers on:Profitability analysisCost optimizationPricing and margin analysisRoute and warehouse cost efficiency
• Analyze freight, transport, warehousing, and operational KPIs

Budgeting & Forecasting

• Lead annual budgeting and rolling forecasts
• Build financial models and scenario planning
• Improve forecasting accuracy using data analytics and automation tools

AI & Digital Transformation

• Use AI tools and modern technologies to improve finance productivity and reporting
• Drive automation initiatives in reporting, reconciliation, forecasting, and dashboard creation
• Leverage tools such as:ChatGPT / Microsoft CopilotPower BI / TableauERP systemsAI-assisted financial analysis tools
• Introduce smarter workflows instead of relying on manual spreadsheet-heavy processes

Team & Stakeholder Management

• Manage and mentor finance teams across countries
• Work with external auditors, tax agents, and banking partners
• Present financial insights to senior management
