Responsibilities:

Manage and enhance corporate client onboarding and lifecycle KYC processes, including workflow digitalization initiatives
Participate in the end-to-end product development lifecycle, from requirement gathering to implementation and post-launch enhancement
Collaborate closely with Compliance, Risk, Operations, Legal, and Technology teams to ensure products and processes meet regulatory and internal governance standards
Support projects and UAT relating to corporate online banking platforms and new product functionalities
Develop and implement product initiatives to improve operational efficiency, customer experience, and business growth
Conduct periodic review and update of product policies and procedures
Provide internal training and support to business teams on product enhancements and process updates

Requirements:

Bachelor’s degree in Finance, Banking, Business Administration, or related disciplines
Approximately 3–5 years of relevant banking experience in product management, transaction banking, cash management, onboarding/KYC, or corporate banking operations
Exposure to corporate online banking platforms, client lifecycle management, or workflow/process enhancement projects would be advantageous
Strong stakeholder management, communication, and coordination skills
Able to work independently in a fast-paced environment with good attention to detail
Familiarity with regulatory and governance requirements within banking environments
Proficiency in both English and Mandarin to liaise with Chinese-speaking stakeholders
