Business Analyst

About the Role

We are looking for a detail-oriented and analytical Business Analyst to bridge the gap between business needs and technology solutions. The ideal candidate will work closely with stakeholders to gather requirements, analyze business processes, identify improvement opportunities, and support successful project delivery.

Key Responsibilities

• Gather, analyze, and document business requirements from stakeholders
• Translate business needs into functional specifications and user stories
• Work with cross-functional teams including Product, Engineering, Operations, and QA
• Analyze current business processes and recommend improvements
• Conduct data analysis to support business decisions and identify trends
• Facilitate meetings, workshops, and stakeholder discussions
• Support project planning, testing, implementation, and user acceptance testing (UAT)
• Prepare reports, dashboards, presentations, and process documentation
• Ensure delivered solutions align with business objectives and user expectations
• Monitor project progress and communicate updates to stakeholders

Required Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in Business, Information Systems, Computer Science, or related field
• 5+ years of experience as a Business Analyst or similar role
• Strong analytical and problem-solving skills
• Excellent communication and stakeholder management abilities
• Experience gathering and documenting requirements
• Familiarity with Agile/Scrum methodologies
• Proficiency in tools such as Excel, Jira, Confluence, Visio, or similar
• Ability to manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment

Preferred Qualifications

• Experience working in technology or digital transformation projects
• Knowledge of SQL, Power BI, Tableau, or data visualization tools
• Certifications such as CBAP, PMI-PBA, or Agile certification are a plus
• Experience with process mapping and workflow optimization
