Job Description
Responsibilities
• Maintenance of IT peripherals, including backup & recovery.
• Set-up, installation, re-installation, or migration of IT peripherals.
• Relocation of IT peripherals within premises.
• Provide onsite support at the client's premises, remote support by phone & email, and standby support. Handling clients/ end-users ' IT-related requests.
• Troubleshoot hardware & software issues.
• User profile administration.
• Interface with other maintenance vendors (eg, IBM, HP, Microsoft, etc) for problem reporting. Place a service call and follow up until the problem has been resolved.
• Installation and configuration of software according to the customer's standard.
Requirements
• Minimum ITE / Diploma in IT or equivalent.
• At least 2 years (s) of working experience in the IT field.
• User support experience is preferred.
• Basic networking support & support in the OS platform.
• Have Customer Service Skills/ Good Communication Skills/ Team Player,/ Take the Initiative.
• Able to work under pressure and in a fast-paced environment.
