Contract Senior Finance Associate/Accountant #JRL

To ensure timely and accurate delivery for the following reporting activities:

1)      Prepare audited financial statements and supporting schedules for the Group and local subsidiaries and SGX announcements.

2)      Liaise with external auditor for review and audit of financial statements and SGX announcements.

3)      Perform analysis of monthly Group financials and assist in group oversight over subsidiaries financial matters.

4)      To provide support and assistance for strengthening Group financial reporting governance and control framework:

5)      Maintain adequate documentation, plan and execute periodic review of Group accounting policies, guidelines and procedures and ensure alignment with holding Company.

6)      Plan and execute drafting of new policies, guidelines and procedures where required.

7)      Ensure effective communication of policies and procedures to subsidiaries and implement plan to monitor the adoption and compliance by subsidiaries

8)      To provide support and assistance for the successful deployment of finance transformation projects.
