Manager - FP&A and Reporting (JD#10860)

Job Summary

We are seeking a Manager to support the Regional Financial Planning & Analysis (FP&A) function for APAC Wholesale Banking. In this role, you will be a key contributor to the forecasting and budgeting cycle, financial performance management, and strategic advisory activities. You will work closely with senior stakeholders across Finance, Business, and Functional teams.

Mandatory Skill-set

• Must have 4–5 years of relevant experience in FP&A or financial analysis, preferably within banking or financial services;
• Must have strong knowledge of financial planning, forecasting, and performance management processes;
• Excellent analytical, problem-solving, and project management skills;
• Ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously in a dynamic environment;
• Strong English communication skills (written and verbal) with proven ability to influence business decisions;
• Must have advanced proficiency in MS Excel and PowerPoint;
• Proven ability to collaborate across cross-functional teams and influence senior stakeholders;
• Self-starter with high energy, strong prioritization skills, and a results-oriented mindset.

Desired Skill-set

• Work experience in banking industry;
• Knowledge of Excel Macros, Power BI, and Python.

Responsibilities

• Support the forecasting and budgeting process for APAC Wholesale Bank;
• Consolidate financial inputs from businesses and functions;
• Deliver monthly and quarterly financial performance analysis and reporting;
• Perform end-to-end data extraction, cleansing, consolidation, validation, and upload;
• Ensure timely and accurate delivery of BAU management information (MI) reports;
• Act as a strategic business partner to stakeholders;
• Independently identify performance improvement opportunities;
• Prepare structured financial analyses and present insights to senior management;
• Participate in finance innovation and process improvement initiatives;
• Standardize and streamline FP&A processes across Asia;
• Improve management information quality, automation, and reporting efficiency.
