Job Summary

You will perform smartphone field testing activities by analyzing logs and debugging UE issues to ensure product quality. Collaborate with clients through daily reporting and work independently or within teams to investigate and represent field testing issues effectively.

Responsibilities

• Analyze logs and debug UE issues to identify and resolve smartphone performance and connectivity problems
• Conduct comprehensive field testing for smartphones and smart watches, including issue investigation and representation to stakeholders
• Utilize logging tools such as QxDM, QCAT, Wireshark, STT, and ELT to capture and analyze network and device data for troubleshooting
• Perform daily testing activities and compile detailed reports to communicate findings and progress to clients
• Apply expert knowledge of 3GPP specifications for 3G, 4G, and 5G technologies to ensure compliance and performance standards
• Operate and test Android and Apple devices to validate functionality and user experience under real-world conditions
• Collaborate effectively within team environments and independently manage assigned testing tasks to meet project deadlines
• Communicate technical information clearly and professionally through written and verbal channels to support client engagement
