Singapore Manufacturing Precision Engineering Company - Sales Manager

Industry: CNC Precision Engineering
Location: Admiralty, Singapore
Working Hours: 5.5 day work
Salary: SGD 3,500 – 6,000 (based on experience)
Petrol Allowance Provided

About Us

We are a Singapore-based CNC precision engineering company specialising in high-precision machining parts for industries such as semiconductors, medical devices, automation, aerospace, and defence.

With our expanding operations, we are looking for a proactive and driven Sales Coordinator / Sales Executive to manage customer accounts, coordinate internal processes, and support new business development.

Key Responsibilities

1️⃣ Sales & Customer Coordination

  • Respond to customer enquiries and prepare quotations based on technical drawings and machining specifications.

  • Process and confirm sales orders, ensuring accurate job details are communicated to Production, Planning, and Quality teams.

  • Follow up on machining schedules, delivery timelines, and job status updates.

  • Maintain accurate job tracking records and ensure real-time updates.

  • Prepare delivery orders, invoices, and quality documentation (e.g., inspection reports, material certificates).

  • Handle customer feedback and coordinate corrective actions when required.

2️⃣ Business Development

  • Identify and approach potential customers to open new accounts.

  • Conduct client visits and follow-ups to generate new sales opportunities.

  • Build and maintain long-term customer relationships.

  • Support the company in achieving monthly and annual sales targets.

Requirements

  • Diploma in Mechanical Engineering, Manufacturing Engineering, Business Administration, or related field.

  • Minimum 2–5 years of experience in CNC precision engineering, machining environment, or related B2B industrial sales.

  • Able to read and understand basic technical drawings is an advantage.

  • Familiar with ISO 9001 or AS9100 quality systems.

  • Experience with order processing, job tracking systems, and QC documentation.

  • Proficient in Microsoft Excel.

  • Strong communication and coordination skills.

  • Must possess a valid Class 3 driving licence and own vehicle (petrol allowance provided).

  • Able to work in a non-air-conditioned workshop environment when required.

  • Self-motivated, organised, and able to work independently.
