We are seeking a IT Service Management Analyst - Release Management to manage and govern all technology-related releases, ensuring adherence to established release management processes. This role is responsible for coordinating release activities, facilitating release reviews, maintaining the release calendar, and ensuring smooth deployment across environments.

Responsibility:

• Plan, coordinate, and manage technology releases, including scheduling, resource planning, and stakeholder communication.
• Facilitate release review meetings and provide clear visibility into release status and risks.
• Collaborate with development teams to understand release scope, dependencies, and timelines.
• Ensure segregation of duties in compliance with company software release management policies and standards.
• Partner with Quality Assurance teams to ensure thorough testing and quality validation.
• Coordinate with operations, technology, and external teams to support deployment and rollback/fallback planning.
• Identify, manage, and mitigate release-related risks, issues, and conflicts.
• Communicate release plans, progress, and outcomes to stakeholders.
• Ensure compliance with organizational policies, procedures, and industry standards.
• Prepare reports for senior stakeholders detailing release activities and associated risk levels.
• Track, analyze, and report release management KPIs and trends.
• Conduct post-implementation reviews for failed releases, rollback failures, or incident-related releases.
• Drive continuous improvement and promote a strong risk-aware and resilient culture.

Requirement:

• Min 3 years of experience in ITSM - release management.
• Degree in computer science/ Information Technology, Information Systems, or related certifications.
• Proven ability to manage multiple concurrent releases.
• ITIL 4 certified is preferred.
• Strong understanding of ITIL, IT Service Management frameworks, SDLC, and release methodologies (Agile, Scrum, DevOps).
• Experience with release management tools, code repositories, and DevSecOps pipelines (e.g., JIRA, ServiceNow, GitHub, Bitbucket).
• ServiceNow experience is an advantage.
• Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills.
