Job Summary

You will support and optimize enterprise systems operations, including SAP, to ensure high availability, security, and performance. Collaborate with vendors and stakeholders to resolve system issues and contribute to system upgrades and enhancements, driving operational excellence.

Responsibilities

• Manage daily operations of enterprise systems to maintain continuous service availability and performance
• Monitor system health and security metrics to proactively identify and address potential risks or disruptions
• Execute incident management processes, including troubleshooting and root-cause analysis, to restore system functionality promptly
• Coordinate effectively with vendors and internal teams to resolve system-related issues and implement solutions
• Participate actively in planning and executing system upgrades, patches, and enhancements to improve system capabilities
• Maintain comprehensive system documentation and update operational procedures to support knowledge sharing and compliance

Preferred competencies and qualifications

• Degree in Computer Science, IT, or related field
• Experience in systems management, application support, or IT operations
• Familiarity with enterprise platforms, databases, or middleware technologies
• Willingness to learn SAP and IT standards to enhance system management capabilities
• Knowledge of ITIL or service management processes to support structured IT operations

• Working Hours: 8:30AM to 6:00PM (Mon-Fri)
• Salary: $5000 - 7000 with potential variable bonuses
• Working Arrangement: Full Onsite
