DevOps Infrastructure Engineer

Job Summary

Deegit Asia isseeking an experienced Azure DevOps / Infrastructure Engineer with 6 years of hands-on experience in cloud infrastructure, automation, and CI/CD pipelines. The ideal candidate should have prior experience working in Government Commercial Cloud (GCC / GCC+) or regulated cloud environments in Singapore and possess strong expertise in Azure cloud technologies, Infrastructure as Code (IaC), and DevOps practices.

Key Responsibilities

• Design, implement, and maintain secure and scalable Azure cloud infrastructure
• Build and manage CI/CD pipelines using Azure DevOps
• Develop Infrastructure as Code (IaC) using Terraform / Bicep / ARM templates
• Manage cloud networking, storage, compute, and security configurations
• Implement cloud governance, compliance, and security best practices aligned with GCC / IM8 policies
• Perform infrastructure automation, monitoring, and optimization
• Troubleshoot production issues and provide L2/L3 support when required
• Collaborate with development teams to enable DevOps best practices
• Maintain documentation for architecture, deployment, and operational processes

Required Skills & Experience

• 6 years of experience in Cloud / DevOps / Infrastructure roles
• Strong hands-on experience in Microsoft Azure
• Experience working in GCC / GCC+ / Government cloud environments
• Expertise in Azure DevOps (Repos, Pipelines, Boards, Artifacts)
• Strong experience with Terraform (preferred) or ARM/Bicep
• Good understanding of networking (VNet, NSG, Load Balancer, VPN, ExpressRoute)
• Experience in scripting (PowerShell / Bash / Python)
• Knowledge of containerization and orchestration (Docker, AKS)
• Familiarity with cloud security, RBAC, policies, and compliance controls
• Experience with monitoring tools (Azure Monitor, Log Analytics)

Good to Have

• Azure Certifications (AZ-104, AZ-400, AZ-500)
• Experience with Kubernetes & container security
• Exposure to multi-cloud (AWS GovCloud experience is a plus)
• Knowledge of ITIL processes and change management
