Design Engineer (Frontend + UI/UX)

About the Role

We are building a new generation AI-native product that blends intelligence, usability, and performance. We’re looking for a Design Engineer who can bridge product thinking, interaction design, and high-quality frontend implementation.

This is not a pixel-polishing role.
This is a code-first builder with strong product intuition.

You will shape how AI feels in the hands of users.

What You’ll Do

• Translate ambiguous product ideas into intuitive, elegant user experiences

• Prototype rapidly (Figma + code) to validate concepts

• Build production-grade UI using modern frontend frameworks

• Design and evolve scalable component systems

• Collaborate closely with AI/backend engineers to define AI interaction flows

• Own user-facing performance, usability, and polish

• Define UX patterns for agent-based and AI-assisted workflows

What We’re Looking For

• 4–8 years experience in frontend engineering

• Strong React / TypeScript expertise

• Demonstrated UI craftsmanship and product taste

• Experience building design systems or component libraries

• Ability to think in user journeys, not just screens

• Comfortable working in ambiguity and 0→1 environments

• Bonus: experience with AI tools, LLM apps, or agent workflows
