Mechanical Engineer

Role Description This is a full-time, on-site role for a Mechanical Engineer, based in Changi. The Mechanical Engineer is responsible for leading and support semiconductor modules and systems build activities, including assembly and system integration. Additional responsibilities include collaborating with cross-functional teams to ensure project milestones are met and providing technical solutions to improve manufacturing efficiencies and product quality. Qualifications • Strong expertise in Mechanical Engineering, with a solid foundation in gas delivery systems. • Proficiency in reviewing engineering drawings, P&IDs, BOMs and experience in creating and analyzing designs for mechanical systems. • Skilled in Computer-Aided Design (CAD) software, such as AutoCAD, SolidWorks, or similar tools. • Experience in Project Management, including the ability to manage timelines, budgets, and stakeholder communication. • Serve as the technical focal point for customer build projects and engineering discussions. • Support NPI (New Product Introduction) builds and transition to volume manufacturing. • Mentor and train junior engineers and technicians on assembly, test, and troubleshooting of gas delivery systems. Requirements • Bachelor's degree in Mechanical Engineering or a related field. • Strong problem-solving and analytical skills, with attention to detail. • Effective communication and teamwork abilities for collaborative projects.
