Job Description

Location: Tampines Role: Sailpoint Engineer/Consultant Role Summary The role supports Identity Governance and Administration (IGA) cybersecurity engineering initiatives and related projects. The successful candidate will be responsible for administering and maintaining the SailPoint IdentityIQ platform, supporting the organization’s Identity and Access Management (IAM) processes. This position is involved across the full identity lifecycle, including solution design, implementation, and ongoing enhancement, with a strong focus on application automation within SailPoint. Required Skills & Experience • Min 4 years of experience in Sailpoint and Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or a related discipline. • Hands-on experience implementing, configuring, and supporting SailPoint IdentityIQ, including Life Cycle Manager (LCM) and Compliance Manager (CM). • Proven experience designing and maintaining identity workflows, roles, policies, and certification campaigns. • Ability to onboard and integrate applications and systems into the identity management environment. • Strong experience troubleshooting IAM-related issues and resolving system or process-level defects. • Ability to work closely with cross-functional IT teams to maintain system security and integrity. • Experience developing and executing test plans and test scenarios, with solid knowledge of WebService connectors. • Familiarity with documenting IAM processes, configurations, and system designs. • Hands-on experience onboarding business applications into SailPoint IdentityIQ. • Capability to produce solution design documents, Standard Operating Procedures (SOPs), and conduct knowledge transfer to operations and support teams. • Ability to guide support teams in resolving technical issues and handling incidents effectively. • Adaptable and quick to learn, with the ability to thrive in changing environments. • Strong team player with solid analytical skills and an interest in solving complex technical problems. Good to Have • Experience working with SailPoint IdentityNow. • SailPoint-related certifications are an advantage.
