Automation Engineer (PLC / Controls)

• Position : Automation Engineer (PLC / Controls)

• Location : Henderson Road

• Working hours : Monday - Friday 8.30 am to 6.00 pm

• Salary (commensurate with experience) : Up to $5000 + 14 Days Leave + Variable Bonus

• Duration : Permanent

• Industry : IT/Software

Main Responsibilities:

• Lead installation, commissioning, and system integration activities

• Diagnose and resolve advanced mechanical, electrical, and control system issues

• Design, develop, and enhance automation and control solutions

• Program, modify, and optimize PLC and HMI systems

• Supervise and mentor junior engineers and technicians, fostering professional growth

• Coordinate with vendors, contractors, and internal teams to ensure project success

• Support project planning, scheduling, and execution to meet deadlines and quality standards

Requirements:

• Bachelor’s Degree in Mechatronics, Mechanical, Electrical, or a related discipline

• Minimum of 2 years of relevant industry experience

• Strong hands-on expertise in: Automation and control systems; Electrical schematics and system integration; Mechanical troubleshooting
