Engineering Manager (HV/MV Electrical Projects)

Responsibilities

• Drive business development by building and maintaining strong relationships with clients, developers, consultants, and EPC partners in the power generation industry
• Lead preparation of technical tenders and proposals for power generation projects including CCGT, steam power equipment, and electrical systems
• Manage HV/MV electrical projects from contract award through commissioning, testing, and final handover to ensure timely and quality delivery
• Coordinate cross-functional project execution activities across engineering, procurement, logistics, installation, testing, and commissioning teams
• Develop and maintain project schedules, monitor progress, identify and manage risks, and support cost tracking and variation management
• Facilitate technical discussions, negotiations, and presentations with customers, partners, and headquarters to align project objectives
• Ensure compliance with safety, quality, contractual, and documentation standards throughout project execution

Requirements

• Minimum 5 years’ experience in power generation, electrical engineering, project execution, tendering, or technical business development
• Experience with thermal power plants, CCGT projects, HV/MV systems, switchgear, transformers, or EPC environments is advantageous
• Proficient in technical proposal preparation, project coordination, and client-facing communication
