Job Summary

The Technical Coordination Executive supports the Technical Team by coordinating BIM/shop drawings and managing day-to-day technical communication, including responding to technical emails, RFIs, and drawing enquiries, ensuring smooth project delivery while senior engineers focus on site execution.

Responsibilities

• Prepare, update, and coordinate BIM models and shop drawings using Revit and AutoCAD to ensure accurate technical documentation for project execution
• Track and manage drawing submissions, revisions, comments, and approvals to maintain project timelines and quality standards
• Respond promptly to technical emails, RFIs, and drawing enquiries, coordinating with relevant stakeholders to resolve issues and clarify requirements
• Develop technical sketches, details, and clarification documents to support design and construction teams
• Support site coordination by conducting technical briefings and providing on-site assistance to facilitate smooth project implementation
• Maintain comprehensive technical documentation and drawing registers within the system to ensure accessibility and version control
• Manage multiple projects independently, prioritizing tasks to meet deadlines and support team objectives

Required competencies and certifications

• Proficiency in Revit and/or AutoCAD software for BIM modeling and drafting
• Strong technical knowledge and critical thinking skills applied to technical coordination tasks
• Effective written communication skills demonstrated through clear and detailed technical correspondence
• Ability to manage multiple projects independently with attention to detail and organizational skills

Preferred competencies and qualifications

• Diploma or Degree in Engineering, Architecture, or related field
• 1–2 years of experience in technical coordination or BIM/drafting; fresh graduates are welcome
