Job Summary Support student management by providing administrative assistance, managing after-school activities, and collaborating with school staff to engage students effectively. Responsibilities • Provide administrative support for student management tasks such as confiscating handphones and recording latecomers to maintain discipline and order • Draft detailed student reports and maintain accurate records and case files to support student monitoring and follow-up • Manage the after-school room by supervising small groups of students and ensuring a safe, engaging environment • Design and curate engaging afternoon activities for students in collaboration with school staff to promote positive student involvement • Communicate effectively with students, staff, and stakeholders to foster a collaborative team environment • Utilize Microsoft Office applications to prepare reports, maintain records, and support administrative functions Required Competencies And Certifications • Registration with Ministry of Education (REMS) • Minimum academic qualification of Diploma • At least 2 years of relevant work experience Preferred Competencies And Qualifications • Prior work experience with students in schools Other Information Benefits and Working Hours • Work schedule: Mondays to Fridays, 8:00am to 5:30pm, including a 1-hour lunch break
