T24 Technical Lead

Job Description

The T24 Technical Lead is responsible for leading the design, development, and delivery of complex solutions on the Temenos T24 platform, with a strong focus on Private Banking modules. This role combines hands‑on technical leadership with solution ownership, ensuring high‑quality, scalable, and secure implementations aligned with enterprise architecture, regulatory standards, and delivery timelines.

The role involves close collaboration with business, architecture, and delivery teams, oversight of development squads, and accountability for production stability and technical governance across the T24 platform.

Key Responsibilities

• Lead design, development, and delivery of T24 solutions (TAFJ R23+), including COB, Services, and integration frameworks
• Act as technical authority for T24 development, enforcing coding standards, architectural guidelines, and best practices
• Design and deliver robust integrations using T24 Integration, Interaction (IRIS), Outbox Event Streaming, MQ, and SWIFT messaging
• Manage and guide development squads, including estimation, impact assessment, and delivery quality
• Investigate and resolve production issues (RTB) to help maintain a stable production environment; remain cool and effective in crisis
• Ensure solutions meet non‑functional requirements (performance, scalability, resilience, security)
• Collaborate with business stakeholders, architects, PMs, and test teams to drive end‑to‑end delivery
• Maintain required documentation and ensure compliance with risk, security, and regulatory standards

Job Requirements

Experience & Domain Knowledge

• At least 15 years of hands‑on experience in Temenos T24 development
• Strong functional knowledge of Private Banking and Finance modules
• Experience working in SAFE Agile delivery environment

Technical Skills

• T24 and TAFJ R23 or higher in a multi-company multi-application server set-up
• Strong hands‑on experience with:

• T24 COB and Services Framework Integration, Interaction (IRIS), and Outbox Event Streaming frameworks
  Design Studio, GitLab, Job Schedulers, SQL Developer Temenos Unit Test Framework

• Experience deploying and developing T24 solutions in cloud environments

• T24 upgrades, migrations, and data archiving
• Performance optimisation of T24 applications
• Monitoring and logging tools (e.g. Dynatrace, Splunk, Tivoli)
• Oracle DB concepts and Linux scripting
• Understanding of deployment architecture and infrastructure
