Job Description

Job Summary

We are seeking an experienced IVVQ Integration Engineer to support critical systems across software and hardware environments. The role focuses on end-to-end system integration, testing, validation, and operational readiness, ensuring high availability, compliance, and delivery excellence.

Key Responsibilities

  • Lead IVVQ activities including integration, verification, validation, and qualification of complex systems and subsystems.

  • Perform end-to-end system integration and acceptance testing for software releases.

  • Analyse, log, and manage defects using tools such as JIRA, ensuring timely resolution.

  • Maintain configuration management, test environments, test data, and documentation according to project standards.

  • Support system availability, patching, deployment, and migration across Windows and Linux environments.

  • Coordinate testing and integration with internal teams and external vendors.

  • Develop scripts and tools to automate system administration, testing, and performance monitoring.

  • Provide Level 2 system engineering support for operational and incident scenarios.

  • Author, review, and maintain technical and compliance documentation (SOPs, SMPs, security plans, incident records).

  • Ensure adherence to security, audit, and compliance requirements across all project phases.

  • Mentor junior engineers and contribute to continuous improvement of IVVQ methodologies.

Required Experience & Skills

  • 7+ years of experience in system integration, IVVQ, or engineering roles supporting critical systems.

  • Hands-on experience with:

    • Windows and Linux systems, virtualization (e.g., VMware)

    • Software integration and deployment

    • Networking fundamentals (TCP/IP, SNMP, UDP)

    • Scripting (Python, Shell)

    • DevOps / automation tools (Ansible, Jenkins)

  • Experience with configuration management, incident management, and change control.

  • Familiarity with cybersecurity, system hardening, and monitoring tools.

  • Strong stakeholder management and cross-functional coordination skills.

  • Willingness to support shift duties and travel when required.

Education & Certifications (Preferred)

  • Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Software Engineering, Systems Engineering, or related fields.

  • Relevant certifications such as CISSP, CCNA, ITIL, Scrum Master are advantageous.

  • Experience working under audit, compliance, or quality frameworks.
