Job Title: Project Manager – FPSO E-House (Electrical House) Projects
Location: Singapore / Project-based (2 years)
Industry: Offshore Oil & Gas
Role Overview
We are seeking an experienced Project Manager to lead the delivery of FPSO-related electrical and E-House (Electrical House) projects. The role requires strong technical knowledge of electrical systems and packaged power solutions, combined with proven project execution capability in offshore or marine environments.
The Project Manager will be responsible for managing the full project lifecycle - from engineering and procurement through fabrication, testing, delivery, and site integration - ensuring projects are delivered safely, on time, within budget, and to contractual requirements.
Key Responsibilities
Manage end-to-end execution of FPSO electrical and E-House projects
Act as the main interface with clients, engineering teams, vendors, and yards
Oversee engineering deliverables related to:
MV/LV switchgear
Transformers
VFDs and drives
UPS and battery systems
Protection and control systems
Power management systems (PMS)
Coordinate procurement and expediting of electrical equipment and packaged systems
Supervise fabrication, assembly, integration, and FAT of E-Houses
Manage interfaces with:
Hull and topsides teams
Mechanical, HVAC, fire & gas, and control systems
Yard and offshore installation teams
Control project schedule, cost, risks, and change management
Ensure compliance with offshore standards (IEC, IEEE, DNV, ABS, etc.)
Lead project reporting, progress reviews, and client meetings
Drive HSE, quality, and risk management throughout the project lifecycle
Key Requirements
Bachelor’s degree in Electrical Engineering or related discipline
10+ years’ experience in offshore, marine, or energy projects
Strong background in electrical equipment and power distribution systems
Proven experience managing E-House / modular electrical building projects
FPSO, offshore platform, or large marine project experience is essential
Solid understanding of:
Electrical system integration
Offshore codes and standards
FAT/SAT processes
Interface management in EPC projects
Strong commercial and contractual awareness. Willingness to travel to fabrication yards and project sites
