Job Description
Requirements:
1. Bachelor’s Degree in Civil Engineering.
2. Must have Experience in building & construction, civil projects and Community centre projects.
3. Should be completed full cycle of 2 projects.
4. Have excellent problem solving skills.
5. Minimum 10-15 years of working experience in Singapore as assistant project manager in large scale building / civil projects institutional building projects and Community centre projects with main contractor.
Job Description:
1. Prepare, review, coordinate with clients, consultants, project team members, sub-contractors and all relevant parties to discuss and resolve Project Management, Specifications and Technical Issues.
2. Coordinate, monitor & assist the sub-contractors on the progress of work.
3. Facilitate the definition of project scope, goals and deliverables.
4. Define project tasks and resource requirements.
5. Develop full scale project plans.
6. Manage project budget.
7. Manage project resource allocation.
8. Plan and schedule project timelines.
9. Track project deliverables using appropriate tools.
10. Provide direction and support to project team.
11. Quality assurance.
12. Constantly monitor and report on progress of the project to all stakeholders.
13. Present reports defining project progress, problems and solutions.
