Key Responsibilities

Chart and drive the global trading platform roadmap, focusing on acquiring customers, refining the marketing funnel, and embedding AI capabilities.
Scan the competitive landscape and run market studies to spot emerging trends and gold-standard practices in digital acquisition and AI-powered innovation.
Remove bottlenecks across the acquisition journey to lift conversion and curb drop-offs.
Curate and sequence a pipeline of features, tweaks, and experiments that deepen engagement and retention.
Steer cross-functional squads from concept to release, hitting deadlines and quality bars.
Partner with engineering to scope technical needs and unblock delivery.
Team up with design/UX to deliver an intuitive interface and friction-free navigation.
Track core metrics, digest user feedback, and let data guide prioritisation.
Host regular demos and keep internal stakeholders—including execs—in the loop.
Continuously scan mobile-trading, fintech, and product-management horizons for new ideas.

Requirements

Bachelor’s in Business, Computer Science, Finance, or related.
3+ years PM experience with shipped mobile-native features.
Prior work on trading/investment platforms strongly favoured.
Hands-on with MarTech (MoEngage, Marketo, AppsFlyer, etc.).
Demonstrated success moving acquisition KPIs via product-led levers.
Solid analytics chops: A/B testing, funnel deep-dives, user segmentation.
Exposure to GPT or other generative-AI tools for product use-cases.
Grasp of mobile dev cycles and mobile-UX best practices; comfortable with technical detail.
Clear, persuasive communicator who can rally diverse teams and translate complex topics to any audience.
Proficient in PM and analytics tooling (JIRA, Roadmunk, Google Analytics, Tableau, etc.).
Fast learner, self-driven, curious to master new domains.
Passion for fintech and for crafting lovable customer experiences.
Thrives in rapid, agile environments.
