About the Role

As Product Client Solutioning Associate, you will support the payments product team on product solutioning, integration and post-sales support for enterprise clients. You will be working closely with stakeholders in the Technology and Sales team to build out requirements that will give customers a holistic experience on our application.

Key Responsibilities

  • Support pre-sales product solutioning: Collaborate with the Sales team to understand enterprise client needs and propose tailored product and integration solutions that align with business objectives.
  • Assist in post-sales implementation: Work closely with clients and internal teams to ensure smooth onboarding, integration, and adoption of payment and FX solutions.
  • Coordinate API integration efforts: Review technical specifications, assist in designing integration flows, support testing cycles (UAT, regression), and troubleshoot issues during implementation.
  • Maintain and enhance product documentation: Keep internal and external resources up to date, including feature specs, integration guides, change logs, and product fact sheets.
  • Provide technical support for enterprise clients: Investigate and resolve integration or product-related issues, working with Engineering and Operations to ensure timely resolution and client satisfaction.
  • Support product analytics and reporting: Monitor key metrics such as integration success rates, error rates, and client adoption; generate insights and dashboards to inform product decisions.
  • Participate in stakeholder and partner meetings: Join onboarding calls, technical discussions, and solutioning workshops, especially for China market clients or Mandarin-speaking stakeholders.
  • Collaborate cross-functionally: Work with Legal, Compliance, Operations, and other teams to ensure product releases meet quality, regulatory, and risk standards.
  • Stay informed on fintech and payments trends: Proactively learn about API ecosystems, competitive landscape, and market-specific nuances, especially in the China / Chinese-speaking market.

Job Requirements

  • Bachelor’s degree (or equivalent) in Computer Science, Software Engineering, Information Systems or a related technical field.
  • Strong technical knowledge: You have hands-on or academic experience with software/integration concepts, APIs (REST/SOAP), data formats (JSON, XML), technical spec review, system-to-system integration.
  • At least 1 year of relevant experience (internship, co-op or full-time) in a product, technical product, integration or engineering role is preferred.
  • Native fluency in Mandarin Chinese is a must.
  • Excellent interpersonal and communication skills: you are comfortable working with multiple stakeholders (engineering, sales, operations, legal) and translating between technical and business language.
  • Meticulous attention to detail — you deliver work of high standard, check accuracy of information, maintain clear documentation and follow through to completion.
  • Strong team player, able to manage multiple tasks, track progress, raise issues early, and contribute proactively.
  • Strong analytical mindset — comfortable working with data, deriving insights, generating summaries or dashboards.
