Job Description

• Basic Salary + VB • Nearest MRT: Tuas (Company Transport Provided) • Multinational Organization Job Requirements: • Lead and supervise site procurement activities and integrated works coordination. • Oversee petty cash control, back charge administration, and inventory management. • Ensure proper cost tracking and resource optimization to support projects being delivered on schedule and within budget. • Coordinate closely with subcontractors, consultants, and joint venture partners on financial and contractual matters. • Manage office setup and temporary site facilities in compliance with project requirements. • Liaise with relevant authorities (e.g., EMA, PUB, SCDF) for permits, licenses, and statutory submissions. • Oversee environmental control measures including ISO framework compliance, pest control, and waste management. • Conduct internal audits to ensure regulatory adherence and continuous improvement. • Draft and review agreements, official correspondences, and contractual documentation. • Prepare documentation for legal proceedings and attend court cases when required. • Provide structured reporting to clients on manpower deployment, IT assets, and project administrative matters. • Advise and collaborate with joint venture partners on statutory and contractual compliance matters. • Oversee payroll preparation for workers and drivers. • Manage training, welfare, and worker records administration. • Review timesheets, allowances, and maintain project directory records. • Support accounts payable (invoice verification) and accounts receivable (purchase order issuance) • Review billing submissions from joint venture partners. • Manage project insurance matters including policy arrangement and C.A.R. claims administration. • Administer work injury compensation (W.I.C.) matters in coordination with relevant HR departments. • Coordinate project-related events, ceremonies, and VIP visits. • Serve as the liaison for public engagement and social media communications when required. Requirements: • Possess minimum 10 years relevant experience in a senior administrative or managerial role within a construction or project-based environment • Experienced in Civil, Structural or Reclamation work is a must • Ability to speak Japanese speaking will be a bonus as communicating with Japanese speaking Internal stakeholders
