Software Product Manager

• Position: Software Product Manager
• Location: WFH in SG / Temporary Relocate to Kuala Lumpur, Malaysia
• Working hours: 6 Days Work Week - Monday to Friday, 9.00AM to 7.00PM
• Salary (commensurate with experience): Salary Open to Negotiations + OT + AWS + Performance Bonus + 6 Monthly Salary Adjustments + Birthday/Festive/Marriage Allowance + Medical Benefits + Relocation Allowance + Accommodation Allowance (For relocation to KL) + 7-17 Days of Annual Leave + Yearly Travel Allowance +

Responsibilities:

• Drive end-to-end product research, planning, and design.
• Analyze market trends and competitors; define product roadmaps with R&D.
• Gather business requirements and translate them into PRDs and prototypes.
• Consolidate user insights through research and data to continuously optimise products.
• Coordinate cross-functional teams to ensure smooth execution and delivery.

Requirements:

• 3–5 years of experience in product management or product design.
• Proficient in tools such as Figma, Photoshop, Axure, and XMind.
• Strong communication and collaboration skills across teams.
• Sharp business acumen, logical thinking, and strong learning ability.
• Experience in game-related products is an advantage.
