Mandai Wildlife Group is the steward of Mandai Wildlife Reserve, a unique wildlife and nature destination in Singapore that is home to world-renown wildlife parks which connect visitors to the fascinating world of wildlife. The Group is driving an exciting rejuvenation plan at Mandai Wildlife Reserve, adjacent to Singapore’s Central Catchment Nature Reserve, that will integrate five wildlife parks with distinctive nature-based experiences, green public spaces and an eco-friendly resort. This position is based in a non-halal establishment, and the role may involve handling alcoholic beverages in the course of work. Job Duties And Responsibilities • Assist in cooking and plating of menu dishes according to the standard operating procedures with timely execution. • Portion, assemble or package menu dishes and other food items. • Clean food preparation areas, kitchen stations, equipment, tables, cutlery and crockery. • Work closely with his/ her team on day-to-day operational issues and ensure that product and culinary standards are maintained at all times. • Ensure the integrity of CCP (Critical Control Point) records are recorded. • Report any faulty equipment to minimize disruption to operations within kitchen. • Ensure all Food Core temperature forms are updated during food production. • Adhere to guidelines of workplace safety, food safety, personal hygiene, discipline, and kitchen cleanliness. Job Requirements • Minimum 'N/O' Levels • Good communication skills • Strong interest in kitchen operations/culinary • Able to work on rotating shifts (morning, afternoon and evening) including weekends and public holidays • Candidate with Food Safety Course (FSC) Level 1 Certificate will have added advantage • Willing to work in Various Section when call upon
