Manage manpower requests by coordinating with vendors and recruitment team Maintain manpower database for turnover report and do gap analysis Manage mitra courier with scope of work such as, but not limited to attendance, request & recap warning letters, and escalate mitra's issue to HRBP Manage BPJS and Private Insurance with scope of work such as, but not limited to reconcile payment, request additional profile, and coordinate if there is accident Do invoice reconciliation
