Develop and implement solutions that will improve Chatbot user experience Conduct in-depth quantitative and qualitative analysis of user experience & behavior Perform UATs and live testing to identify and eliminate inefficiencies Collaborate with functional stakeholders to understand policy or process dependencies and to manage potential risks Provide progress reports on a daily, weekly, and monthly basis
