Job Summary

Manage the Consumer Printer product category within Product Marketing to ensure the achievement of business plans and assigned targets. Lead marketing initiatives through market research, strategic planning, and new product launches. Provide comprehensive marketing support to regional sales teams to drive sales performance and business objectives.

Key Accountabilities

• Collaborate closely with regional sales teams to achieve sales and performance targets

• Monitor sell-in, sell-out, and sell-through data to maintain healthy inventory levels
• Analyze market activities, competitor movements, and market share data to develop effective strategies
• Conduct market research and translate consumer and technology trends into actionable business insights
• Identify consumer needs and behavioral patterns to guide product positioning and roadmap development
• Lead end-to-end new product launches, including pricing strategy, product training, and go-to-market communication
• Plan and execute marketing support activities with clear ROI measurement
• Manage the product lifecycle from pre-launch through end-of-life
• Develop and adjust pricing strategies in response to market and internal trends
• Formulate go-to-market strategies to support regional sales companies in achieving business targets
