Oversee the inbound process and team members to ensure all Key Performance Indicator (KPI) and targets are achieved Create schedule and monitor tasks and duties; manage overall performance and attendance Ensure all deliveries are received, checked, processed, and endorsed to the next process within agreed timelines Notify appropriate departments when there is non-conformance or shortage/overages are found Ensure all transfers are processed immediately upon arrival in the warehouse Provide report
