Monitor the daily operations of the sortation center through supervision of the inbound, sorting, bagging, reprocessing and outbound process Ensure all function in the sortation center is running well in accordance with the SOP Manpower planning in accordance with the fluctuations in the daily volume Monitoring team productivity, capacity and tools in the sortation center Conduct briefing with warehouse team (5S implementation & reporting)
