Drive end-to-end planning and execution of major campaigns (e.g. Double-Digit Mega Campaigns, 15MMS, 25SSS, Category Campaigns) Translate commercial goals into actionable strategies (e.g. discount structures, seller requirements) Collaborate with internal teams to secure key deals and ensure seamless execution Monitor performance via dashboards, identify gaps, flag issues, and recommend improvements Partner with BI, Marketing, and BD teams to improve outcomes through data-driven insights
