Job Description
Analyze chatbot transcripts to identify issues and propose improvements. Coordinate and monitor sentiment surveys across countries. Evaluate chatbot features against global competitors and identify improvement areas. Classify historical chat data to build a structured Q&A repository. Label datasets with relevant tags (intent, sentiment, etc.) for machine learning use. Assist in compiling requirements, coordinating rollouts, and collecting post-launch feedback.
