Evaluate chatbot features against global competitors and identify improvement areas. Classify historical chat data to build a structured Q&A repository. Label datasets with relevant tags (intent, sentiment, etc.) for machine learning use. Assist in compiling requirements, coordinating rollouts, and collecting post-launch feedback.
