Lead, guide and ensure the hub meets the operations KPI as per directive from Management Supervising and providing guidance for Hub Managers, Fleet Supervisors to monitor day to day productivity levels of each hub Resources allocation to make sure all hubs are effectively operating Focal point to coordinate with upstream operations which is Linehaul, Sorting Centres and First Mile Capable of reporting and forecasting/planning hub operation outputs Fully accountable for cost and synergy with init
