Working pattern: 45 working hours weekly, Rotational shift schedule, Overtime if required Working location: Simanggang 95000, Sarawak Delegate tasks for sorters & drivers depending on the number of headcounts Receive and inbound parcels from the linehaul team Coordinate and schedule daily activities with drivers to ensure all delivery activities are carried out in a timely manner Monitor driver behavior and ensure a high level of customer service Assist the fleet team lead in the deployment
