Fleet Subcontract Management (SPX Express)

Develop and maintain strong relationships with 10-20 subcontractors, to negotiate on behalf of SPX Express. Act as the primary point of contact for subcontractors, addressing any issues or concerns from and to internal teams, escalate critical issues to seniors if needed. Monitor subcontractor performance through regular assessments and performance reviews.
