Overseeing and guiding a team of collections specialists in achieving performance targets, managing daily operations, and implementing strategies to optimize collections. Collaborate with cross-functional teams to enhance operational efficiency and refine workflow processes. Generate Daily, Weekly, Monthly reports related to performance updates and KPIs. Prepare and present regular reports on team performance. Responsible for leading and developing a team of collection agents to achieve recovery
